Currently, you are able to email PM cards to department heads, but they are lengthly, and difficult to sort through.
Client would like a simplified list, that would show some type of bar chart indicating how soon or overdue their PM is for each vehicle, along with a summary of past due, due soon, not due, etc, that would be broken out to individual departments.
We use the PM report by Department - It is a short and sweet report. The down fall is that it only shows 1 PM due or past due. You must look at each vehicle to see if there are other PMs needed.
The report is nice but does not give you the complete picture.
And the PMs by Department report gives you the whole picture, but is difficult to read as it has too much information.
