Auto-Order Parts based on PM needs

Implementing a parts requisitioning process based on our upcoming PMs would be very usefull. When running a PM Due report, creating a process that looks at the WO template and also the Part Kit based on the PMs due, and then cross referencing our parts inventory for those parts, it woud help to know how many parts we are going to have on hand, and how many we need to order for those upcoming PMs.

This would be a really great help.

There is the ability to reserve parts on WO, which removes from QOH in the system. Then the requisitions would auto create based on low inventory levels. We did play around with this feature a bit, but we’re not at the stage of being able to use it properly. The technology does exist in RTA, though.
