It would be nice to have the ability to create/use custom Crystal reports. In some areas i.e. Email vendor PO, it is a standard Crystal report. It would be nice to have the ability to add a custom Crystal report (the current report is okay but does not have all the information that we require) that would supersede the standard one. This could be done by adding a folder where these custom reports could be stored with a prefix and when the specific program is run it will look in this folder for a custom report. If one is not found it uses the default RTA report. This would cover any area where a Crystal report is used and not just for the reports.
If there is an update to RTA it would be up to the customer (i.e. myself) to ensure the report is working correctly or perform an update/correct/fix the custom report if its not working as expected.
