I am working on cleaning up master files for our various facilities across the US. I am noticing there is no way to inactivate Customers, Vendors and Parts similar to Employee file. How are people keeping lists clean of these old master files aside from deleting them. I really do not like deleting files (even with archiving). I come from an ERP background and that was a big no no unless outside of any government requirements! I could move to our “Sold Facility” like vehicles but not sure how that affects the transactions and reporting on the original facility.
