Make exporting to excel easier

Basically at the moment exporting to excel requires you to select the check box to export the report, save the report in a location, open excel in a blank workbook, navigate to that file location, open it with excel, and finally go through the 3 step import wizard to finally view the report in excel.

This process can be very difficult for users that are not well versed with computers.

I agree if that could be shortened up to a save in documents and also make up a page of just what information you needed would help a lot. Some information is not needed when running a report.
