It would be nice to have additional “reason for closing” codes when closing items that have been added to work orders or deferred when a driver reopens the same item in RTA Inspect. Additional codes could be as simple as “Item already reported and assigned to a work order”, “already reported”, or better yet - give us the ability to customize these codes per organization.
