It would be very useful to have the ability to create folders in the ATTACHMENT window. Folders could be used to store like items such as: Customer Service Request Forms, Driver inspection Forms, Accident Quotes, etc.

Our org requires customers to complete a Service Request Form when they contact us for service on their vehicles. We just started scanning these into the vehicle’s Master Records. We get these daily so scanning these to the master file would become a daily task. Adding other documents to the Master Records would be on a as-needed basis such as adding accident quotes required for our org’s financial requirements
