PO Email - Check Box/Time stamp

I feel it would be beneficial to have a check box systematically marked when a PO has been emailed using the Email Vendor button. It would help to know if the PO was emailed and when (date and time stamp in RTA) along with the email address it was sent to.

For those of us that require PO Approvals before the system generates a PO #, its very easy to forget to submit the PO to the vendor once its been approved.

It would even help to have this as a view/sort column in the FI PO screen

This would be a great help and would save from sending ourself a copy by cc to have a proof of time of po was send.
