What KPIs are you using?

After a discussion with another client, I’m curious:

What KPIs are you using to report to your managers and higher level directors?

What KPIs are you using internally to manage your day to day operations?

Are you running dashboards to get those KPIs, or a set of reports, and pulling the number out of the totals?

Is anyone using the massive KPI report?

I use the “massive” KPI report for almost all selections. Usually print it for the date range of our fiscal year for a snap shot of how our year was busy and then compare with other fiscal years.
I like the KPI report. I print without the tires and motorpool selection.
