Customer would like to have Operator notification of completed work orders. They are using Driver Reports for their fleet, and want notification to go back to the originator of the complaint (the operator as noted in the vehicle record, whose email is in the employee record). We also use Driver Reports through the integration between RTA and Zonar. Communication to Zonar informs the driver that the defect has been repaired through the tablet, however, it would be beneficial for the driver to be notified via email or text.
